At Vorian Art, each product is custom-made just for you. We want you to be satisfied with your order, so please read our refund and replacement policy carefully.

 

1. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size or color.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at vorianartwork@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.

 

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement.

 

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
